Aurora: Anatomy of a Mass Murder

Mass murder by a gun wielding “madman” is a dream scenario for governments and media bent upon justifying more gun control, and they have lost no time pushing that agenda on the shocked American public. The trouble is Holmes wasn’t an insane madman. But, like the youthful and unstable Columbine perpetrators, he was doped up with mind altering medications provided by others. And also like the Columbine massacre of 1999, this complex tragedy took place within the Denver Metro area which is the western center of the dark side of the US government’s black operations, and has all the markings of something bigger than a lone gunman. This week I’ll provide a review of all we know so far and where the blame most likely lies.

I won’t review the basic facts of the tragedy since they have had plenty of coverage, except to say that the casualties could have been even more horrific. The gunman’s semiautomatic assault rifle jammed and prevented him from emptying a 100-round magazine of ammunition. The main aspects still unknown are whether James Homes had accomplices in either the planning or the execution, and who put him up to this.

Of one thing I am certain. This wasn’t simply an individual act of supreme evil. Even the most hardened criminals who have engaged in multiple cold blooded murders don’t go around shooting up movie theaters full of innocent victims. It just hasn’t happened. This has the markings of systematic evil and of a patsy exploited by mind control and black operations. In my opinion, James Holmes was cultivated, warped and drugged into doing this act, and he didn’t act alone. Subsequent evidence always leaks out months and years later that confirms a government connection—but only after media interest has worn off.

While Fox News is the national faux conservative news network, it wasn’t the big boys at Fox who brought controversial questions on this issue to the forefront. Instead, it was a local Fox affiliate in Cincinnati, Ohio, that was willing to tackle important anomalies in the official story other media outlets failed to address.

Ben Swann, who hosts the always interesting Reality Check, asks the tough questions: “How was alleged shooter James Holmes, an unemployed graduate student, able to afford an arsenal of weaponry, including a tactical helmet, bullet proof vest, an AR-15 assault rifle, a Remington shotgun, two 40-caliber Glock handguns, as well as an assortment of bomb-making materials?

“Subsequent reports confirmed Holmes had received a $26,000 federal grant as a stipend for his work in the neuroscience program at the University of Colorado in Denver. However, how much of this money remained after Holmes had already been in the program for over a year is unknown. [More on whether this had other implications later.]”

But even the grant money wouldn’t have been enough, as Mike Adams of NaturalNews.com explains. “How does an unemployed medical student afford $20,000 in weapons, bomb-making gear, flammable booby trap devices, ammunition, multiple magazines, bullet-proof vest, groin protection, ballistic helmet, SWAT uniform and all the rest of it?

“A decent AR-15 rifle costs $1,000 or more all by itself. The shotgun and handgun might run another $800 total. Spare mags, sights, slings, and so on will run you at least another $1,000 across three firearms. The bullet-proof vest is easily another $800, and the cost of the bomb-making gear is anybody’s guess. With all the specialty body gear, ammunition, booby-trap devices and more, I’m guessing this is at least $20,000 in weapons and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place.

“Don’t forget the cost of all the training (thousands of dollars) [unless someone was providing this training “free of charge” to him] and the bomb-making equipment. Holmes reportedly had 30 improvised grenades, mortars, binary liquids that explode when mixed, wires, exotic bomb equipment… this gets expensive very quickly (even if you can source this equipment!). All this leads to an obvious third party influence over all this. Someone else taught this guy these skills and funded the acquisition of the equipment.”

Swann continues: “Why did Holmes go to the expense and trouble of rigging his apartment with an array of deadly explosives and then immediately tell police about the bombs when he was arrested? [Or why did he make no effort to resist police arrest with his remaining arsenal if he was intent on creating mayhem?] If Holmes wanted to kill as many people as possible, why warn the cops ahead of time?

“Given the fact that Holmes was a [busy] graduate student in neuroscience, where did he obtain the skills to create a maze of bombs so complex that it took the FBI two days to disarm them? According to experts, the intricacy of the bombs was reminiscent of war zones – how could Holmes have set all this up without help from an explosives expert?

“Despite police claiming ‘every single indicator’ tells them the shooting was a lone wolf attack, numerous witnesses have described accomplices. Initial police reports that suggested the involvement of two or more shooters were quickly buried and the lone wolf narrative aggressively pushed.”

As Infowars.com and Swann point out, eyewitnesses interviewed after the shooting, such as Corbin Dates, state that Holmes received a phone call from someone while he was inside the theater and responded by moving to the emergency exit, suggesting the call was an accomplice coordinating the attack. Dates also said he saw Holmes by the exit door “signaling somebody” or looking for somebody to come his way.

Another eyewitness added, “From what we saw he wasn’t alone – he had someone with him. Because the second can of tear gas didn’t come from his side…. We can only assume that someone got him in because what he was wearing seemed thick [meaning bulky and obviously out of place].”

TheIntelhub.com got transcripts of the 911 calls, which show reports of more than one attacker fleeing the scene: “The following is a timeline of actual events that took place just after the mass shooting was reported to 911 in a Colorado theater during a midnight showing of the new Batman film:

4 min. 30 sec… Suspect caught

6 min 46 sec… “One of the shooters is wearing white and blue clothing”

8 min 6 sec… Witnesses report multiple suspects

16 min 8 sec… Male suspect seen with red backpack and another in all black fleeing the scene.

16 min 47 sec… Cops describe one of the suspects as male, dressed in black camo, vest, gas mask, and possessing multiple long guns.

17 min 48 sec… James Homes named…. But seconds before they are talking about a second suspect on the loose, that got away.

Was there a DARPA government connection? There is no direct evidence, although there are some superficial or circumstantial links, if you really stretch. Kurt Nimmo of Infowars.com covered the Alex Jones interview of Leftist, anti-government journalist Wayne Madsen, who provided most of the research, and the hyped up conclusions:

“Madsen said accused shooter James Holmes had a number of links to U.S. government-funded research centers, including the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency, or DARPA. James Holmes was one of six recipients of a National Institutes of Health Neuroscience Training Grant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver.

“The Anschutz Medical Campus is on the recently de-commissioned site of the U.S. Army’s Fitzsimons Army Medical Center… Holmes also worked as a research assistant intern at the Salk Institute at the University of California at San Diego in La Jolla. The Salk Institute teamed up with DARPA, Columbia University, University of California at San Francisco, University of Wisconsin at Madison, Wake Forest University, and the candy bar company Mars “to prevent fatigue in combat troops through the enhanced use of epicatechina, a blood flow-increasing and blood vessel-dilating anti-oxidant flavanol found in cocoa and, particularly, in dark chocolate,” according to Madsen’s research.”

Of course, these links are very non-conclusive and tenuous at best. Just because Salk once teamed up with DARPA doesn’t make Holmes’ presence there years later any indicator of a DARPA connection. There’s a bit more from his past:

“In addition, James Holmes’ father, Dr. Robert Holmes, worked for San Diego-based HNC Software, Inc., a company that worked with DARPA to develop ‘cortronic neural networks’ that enable machines to translate aural and visual stimuli and simulate human thinking.”

Once again, there is no direct link between Holmes’s father and DARPA just because the company had a project with DARPA. For Madsen to be accurate, he would have to provide evidence that the elder Holmes worked in that particular area of the company.

Madsen claims, “The Holmes family appears to have deep connections to the military-industrial complex. Lt. Col. Robert Holmes, the grandfather of James Holmes, was a graduate Turkish language student of the Army Language School, later the Defense Language Institute, in Monterey, California [along with thousands of others over the years].

“The elder Holmes,” Madsen notes, “more than likely worked in intelligence. Typically, U.S. military officers conversant in Turkish served with either the Defense Intelligence Agency or the Central Intelligence Agency at either the U.S. embassy in Ankara or the Consulate General in Istanbul, or both.” [Probable, because that’s the only purpose for military training in the Turkish language.]

While I find Madsen’s inferences of a DARPA connection very shallow, I don’t precluded the possibility. What we know from the CIA’s MK Ultra experiments (***described below), and from the Reagan assassination, is that the dark side of the government often discovers and selects future victims of mind control from among the weak-minded children of scientists and even fellow conspirators working in government on black projects. John Hinckley, who shot Reagan and then claimed insanity, was the son of John Hinckley, Sr., a former neighbor and close friend of Reagan’s VP George H. W. Bush.

Here is some background on MK Ultra. This week veterans won another court order requiring the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to hand over more documents about its Cold War-era drug experiments on thousands of Vietnam veterans (MK Ultra).

Courthouse News reports, “U.S. Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley in Oakland, Calif., said the documents requested were ‘squarely relevant’ to the claim that the government failed to adequately notify veterans of the chemicals they were exposed to and what that exposure might do to their health.

“The Army and the CIA, with the help of Nazi scientists, used at least 7,800 veterans as human guinea pigs for testing the effects of up to 400 types of drugs and chemicals, including mescaline, LSD, amphetamines, barbituates, mustard gas and nerve agents, the Vietnam Veterans of America and individual soldiers claim in a 2009 class action. The government covered up the true nature of its experiments, which began in the 1950s under code names such as ‘Bluebird,’ ‘Artichoke’ and ‘MKUltra.’

“In ‘Project Paperclip,’ the Army and CIA allegedly recruited Nazi scientists to help test various psycho-chemicals and develop a new truth serum using its own veterans as test subjects. The ‘Paperclip’ name was chosen because so many of the employment applications were clipped to immigration papers [from Germany].”

“Veterans say the government was trying to develop and test substances that could trigger mind control, confusion, euphoria, altered personality, unconsciousness, physical paralysis, illogical thinking and mania, among other effects. The experiments in Army compounds at Edgewood Arsenal and Fort Detrick, Md., left many veterans with debilitating health problems for decades. Veterans say the government has since refused to provide proper medical care.”

Madsen does ask the final critical question: “‘Was James Holmes engaged in a real-life Jason Bourne TREADSTONE project that broke down and resulted in deadly consequences in Aurora, Colorado?’ Operation Treadstone was a [not so] fictional top-secret CIA project under which the character Jason Bourne underwent behavioral modification [in order to become a hit-man for government targeted killings].”

There is one powerful piece of evidence that points to Holmes as a mind-controlled perpetrator of this crime—put up to it by others. It is the drugged up nature of his first appearance in the court room. Even though Holmes would have been under the influence of hypnosis and drugs while committing the massacre, those effects would have worn off by the time he appeared in court days later. Yet he appeared with his Joker-styled dyed red hair, droopy eyelids, and vacant expression. Someone inside was keeping Holmes drugged up. The Columbine shooters where also on mood-altering drugs, but they ended up dead so that one could not determine their state of mind after the crime.

Nick Allen of the UK Independent wrote about Holmes’ interest in altered states of mind—which to me is an indication that he was already experimenting with altered states, or was being lured into this area by handlers.

“The first video footage of the suspect showed him as an awkward, nervous 18-year-old giving a talk at a science summer camp in San Diego on ‘temporal illusions,’… [which] are ‘an illusion that allows you to change the past.’ Holmes said he had been working on ‘subjective experience, which is what takes place inside the mind as oppose to the external world.’… It also emerged that in the days before the attack, Holmes, a cannabis smoker, joined a dating website seeking women for ‘sexy times’ and also tried to join a gun club.

“After the massacre Holmes calmly told detectives he had taken 100mg of the prescription painkiller Vicodin, and identified himself as “The Joker”. The same drug was found in the system of actor Heath Ledger when he died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs in 2008. Ledger played The Joker in the previous Batman film The Dark Knight. Vicodin side-effects can include euphoria, paranoia and, in rare cases, hallucinations.”

There is another anomaly that parallels the John Hinckley assassination attempt. The younger Hinckley disappeared for two years before the attack on Reagan—typical of young people undergoing CIA mind control and indoctrination—and only surfaced once: for a visit to a psychiatrist, which provided a key claim to his insanity defense.

The Denver Post revealed on Wednesday that “James Eagan Holmes, the suspect in the Aurora theater shooting, may have sent a notebook to a University of Colorado Denver psychiatrist days before Friday’s massacre that contained ‘details about how he was going to kill people,’ but the package went unopened until Monday, according to a news report by FoxNews.com.”

All this appears too pat and convenient – the delay of the package absolves the doctor of liability in not alerting authorities, and yet now it surfaces in time to provide an insanity defense. These kinds of things are planned, as they were in Hinckley’s case.

“Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates told The Associated Press that Mr. Holmes was not cooperating with officials as he was being held in solitary confinement at a Denver-area county detention facility. ‘He lawyered up. He’s not talking to us,’ the chief said. It could be months before they learn the motive behind the shootings that left 12 dead and 58 injured, with authorities working with FBI behavioral analysts and looking into Mr. Holmes’ relationships.”

Natural News editor Mike Adams provides evidence of more psychological anomalies relative to Holmes that may point to mind control: “According to news reports, this sudden violent rampage was completely out of character for James Holmes, who was described as ‘shy.’

The New York Times said, “Billy Kromka, a pre-med student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, worked with Mr. Holmes for three months last summer as a research assistant in a lab of at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Mr. Kromka said he was surprised to learn Mr. Holmes was the shooting suspect. ‘It was just shocking, because there was no way I thought he could have the capacity to do commit an atrocity like this,’ he said. ‘He spent much of his time immersed in the computer, often participating in role-playing online games [not a good sign].’…

“There is already conjecture that James Holmes may have been involved in mind-altering neuroscience research and ended up becoming involved at a depth he never anticipated. His actions clearly show a strange detachment from reality, indicating he was not in his right mind. That can only typically be accomplished through drugs, hypnosis or trauma (and sometimes all three).

“His behavior already reveals stark inconsistencies that question the mainstream explanation of events. For example, he opened fire on innocent people but then calmly surrendered to police without resistance. This is not consistent with the idea of ‘killing everyone.’” [True.]

Kirt Nimmo of Infowars.com brought up the crucial evidence of how other patsies have been drugged before being inserted into an assassination scheme by government. “Accused and convicted RFK assassin Sirhan Sirhan said he was drugged before the assassination:

“Sirhan: ‘It was hot that night and I was very thirsty. I remember that….I went to the bar and had four drinks within about 15 minutes. I couldn’t seem to get enough to drink….They were Tom Collins’s….(but) I wasn’t drunk. I felt drugged. I think somebody slipped something into my drinks. My legs and arms became rubbery. I remember standing by my car but I couldn’t drive so I went back inside and got some coffee.’

“Reynolds: ‘How did you get downstairs to the pantry?’ Sirhan: ‘Somebody guided me. I don’t know who.’

“Reynolds: ‘Did you have your gun with you?’ Sirhan: ‘Yes. When I was in the pantry, the gun was in my hand.’ Reynolds: ‘Did you know Robert Kennedy was going to be walking toward you?’ Sirhan: ‘No. I didn’t know where I was and I don’t know how I got there. I was in a state of blackout.’

“Recently produced evidence reveals that Sirhan was not the shooter and he was framed.” As further proof, investigators dug nine bullets out of the hotel kitchen where the killing took place. Sirhan’s gun only held six shots.

Another of the biggest anomalies in the Holmes case is the exotic military style gear he was using. CBS noted, “He said pictures from inside the apartment are fairly disturbing and the devices look to be sophisticated, adding the booby-traps were ‘something I’ve never seen.’ One rifle, two handguns, a knife, a bullet proof vest, a ballistic helmet, a gas device, a gas mask, military SWAT clothing and unidentified explosives were also found in Holmes’ car, a law enforcement source told CBS News. Oates said Holmes wore a gas mask, a ballistic helmet and vest as well as leg, groin and throat protectors during the shooting. He allegedly wore a helmet, a throat guard, a ballistic vest, ballistic leggings and gloves and was dressed in black.”

While true that much of this military style gear can be had over the internet, much of it is restricted to law-enforcement only. The explosives, in particular, could not have been acquired without a black market/government connection.

Adams concludes, “…this guy was equipped with exotic gear by someone with connections to military equipment. SWAT clothing, explosives, complex booby-traps… c’mon, this isn’t a ‘lone gunman.’ This is somebody who was selected for a mission, given equipment to carry it out, then somehow brainwashed into getting it done.

“FBI has a track record of staging similar assaults, then stopping them at the last minute.

This is not your run-of-the-mill crime of passion. It was a carefully planned, heavily funded and technically advanced attack. Who might be behind all this? The FBI, of course, which has a long history of setting up and staging similar attacks, then stopping them right before they happen.”

I think Adams is right. I have covered dozens of plots where the FBI has claimed they were only informing on Muslim youth, but actually they were fully engaged in provoking and providing equipment for a terror attack. Adams cogently asserts, “In other words, this has all the signs of Fast & Furious, Episode II. I wouldn’t be surprised to discover someone in Washington was behind it all. After all, there’s no quicker way to disarm a nation and take total control over the population than to stage violence, blame it on firearms, then call for leaders to ‘do something!’ Such calls inevitably end up resulting in gun confiscation, and it’s never too long after that before government genocide really kicks in like we saw with Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao and other tyrants.”
