Tim Baldwin

Tim is a former Florida Assistant State Felony Prosecutor (2004-2006) and has owned Baldwin Law Offices, P.A. since 2006. Tim is licensed to practice law in Florida and Montana and is currently practicing law.
Tim is a prolific writer/columnist and has written for numerous publications and news forums, including The New American magazine and NewsWithViews. Tim is also an articulate speaker relevant to freedom’s issues and periodically appears on radio talk shows across the States.
Tim is an author of legal and political articles, as well as a political science book entitled, Freedom For A Change. Tim expects to release his second book in 2011 entitled, Romans 13: The True Meaning of Submission.
Tim is the youngest son of Chuck Baldwin, former 2008 Constitution Party Candidate, and loves the principles of freedom found in natural and revealed law, which America’s forefathers articulated. Tim shares with so many Americans the commitment and passion for the values and principles found in the natural laws of God, in America’s fundamental founding documents and in sacrifices of America’s forefathers.
Tim hopes that his studies in political science and law will help preserve the type of freedom America’s founders attempted to bequeath to their posterity with their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor”.
