Last May, Texas Attorney General and chief law enforcement officer Ken Paxton sent a letter to Target’s CEO requesting clarification of the retail chain’s bathroom and dressing room policy!
Mr. Paxton said, “It is possible that allowing men in women’s restrooms could lead to criminal and otherwise unwanted activity.” The attorney general also stated, “As chief lawyer and law enforcement officer for the State of Texas, I ask that you provide the full text of Target’s safety policies regarding the protection of women and children from those who would use the cover of Target’s restroom policy for nefarious purposes.”!
Let’s let him know that his actions are an example for attorney generals in every state! Sign our petition of appreciation to Mr. Paxton!
