Victoria Sharp, said Finicum was shot walking with his hands up! Mostly True.
Sharp also claims that none of the individuals in the car pulled out a gun at any point! Wrong.
Victoria further claims: The incident was an “ambush” with “FBI snipers in the trees” surrounding the vehicle! Correct.

Bretzing said it also showed him reaching for a weapon! ‘On at least two occasions, Finicum reaches his right hand toward a pocket on the left inside portion of his jacket! Debatable.
He did have a loaded 9 mm semiautomatic handgun in that pocket’! I guess we are forced to trust Government on that one.
