Among them was noted radio personality Richard Alan Miller, also known as DocRAM, whose signature credential is a doctorate from Belford University – which was actually a scam operated out of Pakistan!
Many states – including Oregon, Michigan, Maine, North Dakota, New Jersey, Washington, Nevada, Illinois, Indiana, and Texas – have restricted or made illegal the use of credentials from unaccredited schools.
