Bundy Brothers, 5 other Malheur wildlife refuge occupiers Innocent! Not guilty of conspiracy, firearm charges *

Ammon and Ryan Bundy, along with five other defendants, were cleared of all criminal charges arising from their 41-day peaceful protest occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Oregon – LibertyNewsDaily.com *

The jury of nine women and three men returned not guilty verdicts after five hours of deliberations *

The unanimous acquittals covered all the charges but one, a theft of government property charge against Ryan Bundy for removing cameras mounted at the refuge, with no verdict rendered on it *

Prosecutors confirmed there were 15 informants involved in the case, nine of whom were at the refuge – including three who were identified at the trial. Six others at the refuge remained unidentified *

In what must be considered an act of frustrated retaliation, US Marshals on the scene assaulted, tasered, and briefly handcuffed defense lawyer Marcus Mumford after he made a lawful demand that they show appropriate paperwork to hold Ammon and Ryan Bundy *

Mumford: “I said `if the marshals have something to say about it let’s see what orders they have, let’s see what papers they have to take [them] into custody again,’” Mumford told the media following the assault *

For being on the receiving end of a gratuitous act of privileged criminal violence, Mumford was cited for disorderly conduct and resisting a lawful order *

Ammon and Ryan Bundy also face prosecution in Nevada in the 2014 standoff with federal agents over the impounding of their father’s cattle near Bunkerville, Nevada *

The trial in Nevada is set to start Feb. 6. The two brothers and father Cliven Bundy are among 19 indicted in Nevada *
