If The IRS Wants To Find Lost Tax Dollars, It Should Look In Ukraine

By Chuck Baldwin
August 25, 2022

I’ll begin with a quote from my good friend Thomas DiLorenzo who wrote an outstanding column that appears on LewRockwell.com:

The Biden administration’s “Inflation Reduction Act” will increase inflation with hundreds of billions in additional government spending and money creation by the Fed while making supply chain problems even worse with onerous new corporate taxes, especially on energy, and myriad new “Green New Deal” environmental regulations.  Increased government spending and reduced production will cause higher prices, not lower.

To collect all the new taxes for this latest election-year spending binge the administration is proposing to spend some $80 billion to more than double the number of IRS agents, hiring 87,000 new ones, 70,000 of which are reported to be armed.  The Democrat party wants a standing army of armed tax collectors to enforce its will.

Americans once fought a revolution over such acts of tyranny.

Yes, indeed.

And at the same time that the would-be tyrants in Washington, D.C., are preparing to go door-to-door with an army of federal agents assigned with the task of taking the last cow or chicken from the peasants for Caesar’s taxes, they have also sent billions of our hard-earned tax dollars to another would-be tyrant: the little neo-nazi Volodymyr Zelensky in Ukraine.

My friend Ron Paul writes:

There is a video clip making the rounds showing President Biden speaking at a recent NATO summit about the seven billion dollars the US government had – at that time – provided to Ukraine. Attached to that is another clip showing the horrific state of several US major cities, including in Pennsylvania, California, and Ohio. The video of American cities is shocking: endless landscapes of filth, trash, homelessness, open fires on the street, drug-addicted zombies. It doesn’t look like the America most of us remember.

Watching Biden bragging about sending billions of dollars to corrupt leaders overseas with American cities looking like bombed-out Iraq or Libya is US foreign policy in a nutshell. The Washington elites tell the rest of America that they must “promote democracy” in some far-off land. Anyone who objects is considered in league with the appointed enemy of the day. Once it was Saddam, then Assad and Gaddafi. Now it’s Putin. The game is the same, only the names are changed.

What is seldom asked, is what is in this deal for those Americans who suffer to pay for our interventionist foreign policy. Do they really think a working American in Ohio or Pennsylvania is better off or safer because we are supposedly protecting Ukraine’s borders? I think most Americans would wonder why they aren’t bothering to protect our own borders.

A reported 200,000 illegals crossed the border into the US in July alone. You can believe they are learning quickly about the free money provided by the US government to illegals. They’ll probably get a voting card as well.

Last Friday the Pentagon announced that yet another $775 million would be sent to Ukraine. As Antiwar.com reported, it was the eighteenth weapons package to Ukraine in six months. Has there ever been a more idiotic US intervention in history?

Supporters of this proxy war may celebrate more aid to Ukraine, but the reality is that it is in no way aid to Ukraine. That’s not how the system works. It is money created out of thin air by the Fed and appropriated by Congress to be spent propping up the politically-connected military-industrial complex. It is a big check written by middle America to rich people who run Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. Americans watch their budget being stretched to the limit while the Beltway fat-cats loosen their belts to continue enjoying the gravy train.

Bloomberg reported earlier this summer that inflation is costing the average American household more than $5,200 this year. Inflation is a tax on middle class and poor Americans. The wealthy – like those who run Raytheon and Lockheed Martin – always get the new money first, before prices go up. The rest of us watch as the dollar buys less and less.

As Washington salivates over fighting Russia in Ukraine, the rest of America feels like we’re becoming Zimbabwe. How long until it takes a trillion dollars for a loaf of bread? Will there be a run on wheelbarrows?

There is a way out. It’s called “non-interventionism.” The war in Ukraine was caused by the US regime change in 2014 and the neocon insistence that Ukraine join NATO. The State Department and CIA thought it was a great victory to overthrow the elected government, but meanwhile the rest of us get the bill. No NATO and not one more penny for Ukraine!

Not only is Washington spending billions overseas in another attempt at regime change and in support of some of the most evil thugs on the planet, the money—as usual—is being totally wasted.

Paul Craig Roberts has an excellent analysis of exactly the way the war is going in Ukraine—a truthful analysis that the propaganda media in the West will NEVER tell you. Several people have repeated it, but it seems to be the ancient Greek writer and poet Aeschylus who famously said, “In war, truth is the first casualty.”

The U.S. media would have you believe that all of these billions of dollars of weapons and munitions that our tax dollars have sent to Ukraine are really helping to “restore democracy” in Europe and are helping to defeat the Big Bad Bear.

Friends, we are being duped again!

Here is Dr. Roberts’ report (I urge you to read the report in its entirety) of what is really happening to all of our military support for the gangster Zelensky and his band of neo-nazis, criminals and mercenaries:

Unlike the Whore Western Media William Schryver Provides the Accurate Picture of Russia’s Destruction of the Western-trained Ukraine Military:

The “Demilitarization” of Ukraine has been precisely the Russian mentality in Ukraine. Their foremost objective, from the very beginning, as explicitly articulated by President Vladimir Putin in his historic speech of February 24, 2022, was to “demilitarize” Ukraine – to destroy its army.

When the war began, the most capable, experienced, well-armed, and well-positioned Ukrainian forces were NOT in Kiev, but in the Donbass and Mariupol. They had been positioning there for months, with the ultimate objective of retaking the Donbass and Crimea – a goal never far from the minds of Ukraine’s ideological and political leaders.

Indeed, they spoke of it openly and without qualification. They strongly believed the strength of their armed forces, after eight years of preparation, had reached a point where it was capable of actually achieving that objective.

Their benefactors in NATO encouraged them to believe this – for it was also NATO’s fondest dream to raise its banners over the naval base at Sevastopol, and thereby wield dominance over the entire Black Sea and the Bosporus.

Pursuant to this and many other geostrategic objectives – arresting Russian resurgence foremost among them – NATO had been providing arms to Ukraine for years, and those arms shipments were expanded and accelerated dramatically in late 2021.

Tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops had been trained in the use of these NATO armaments. And, as was known to anybody paying even casual attention, thousands of western intelligence operatives, special forces, and mercenary contractors (predominantly American, British, and French – and lots of them) were embedded with front-line Ukrainian forces, where several have since been killed or captured, and a substantial contingent still remains.

Many of these western troops are there primarily to coordinate the reception, interpretation, and “actionable” use of highly prized and even more highly classified US/NATO “ISR” (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) data.

The army the US/NATO built in Ukraine, by the beginning of 2022, had swelled to become the largest and best-armed land force in Europe. By almost every metric, it was more potent than the combined armies of Germany, France, and Italy.

The Ukrainian military was purpose-built to serve the interests of the American Empire in its long-established goal to cripple Russia and prevent it from ever again being able to wield global influence; to effect its ultimate dismemberment and reduce it to a faint fragment of its former status and glory – to realize the geopolitical objective expressed in the popular cold-war-era board game RISK, which erased Russia from the world map.

The Russian decision to invade Ukraine in late February 2022 was motivated by and predicated upon all of these factors in aggregate, and was hastened by the widespread Ukrainian artillery strikes on the Donbass region that had commenced weeks previously.

The result of this . . . operation was that, over the course of several weeks, the Russians effectively “fixed” over 100,000 Ukrainian troops and their equipment in the vicinity of Kiev, took control of key transportation nodes and corridors between Kiev and the Donbass, and simultaneously conducted a major offensive to encircle and annihilate the 20,000-strong Ukrainian army group in Mariupol, a highly strategic port city on the coast of the Sea of Azov.

The forces in Mariupol included the notorious neo-Nazi “Azov Battalion”, whose arming and training had long been a US/NATO priority, and they were considered to be one of the most formidable components of the Ukrainian army.

The forces in Mariupol also included many dozens of NATO “advisors” (CIA, special forces, and so-called “contractors”). Also present were ~2500 foreign mercenaries, most of them NATO veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

While potential reinforcements remained idle and immobile in and around Kiev, the powerful force in Mariupol was methodically surrounded and systematically annihilated in an operation I am confident will be studied in war colleges for generations as one of the most impressive prosecutions of urban warfare ever executed.

As matters stand here in early July, it is now incontrovertible that the Russian operation in the Donbass has been an overwhelming victory. It is, in my estimation, the most impressive management of a quasi-urban battlefield in modern history. The original force, consisting of over 60,000 of the best-trained and best-equipped soldiers in the Ukrainian army, has been effectively destroyed. It has suffered catastrophic losses of its experienced, NATO-trained professional cadres. Its massive losses of personnel have been partially replenished by poorly trained territorial militia troops, but its even more massive losses of heavy weaponry cannot be replenished.

Also read Scott Ritter’s excellent analysis that augments Dr. Roberts’ report.

In other words, the billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars invested in the U.S.-backed government of Ukraine were as wasted as the billions of taxpayer dollars invested in the U.S.-backed government of Afghanistan.

Every military conflict in which the U.S. engages only serves to enrich the war profiteers mentioned by Dr. Paul and further enslave the citizens of this country with punishing monetary inflation, recession, business closures, job losses, etc., as well as further construct a quasi-military Police State here in what was free America, as noted by Dr. DiLorenzo.

If the IRS was truly interested in finding lost tax dollars—which it’s NOT—it should look in Ukraine, AND in Afghanistan, Bosnia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Uganda, Yemen, ad infinitum.

But that’s not the goal. The goal of the Maoists in Washington, D.C., is to use the IRS to manipulate, intimidate, demoralize and terrorize THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES.

The only real question is: How long will the American people put up with it?

The Inside Story From Inside Ukraine

Published: Thursday, March 31, 2022

This column—and especially my livestreamed and archived message videos—count followers all over the world. As you might expect, we have a sizable following in countries such as Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany, Switzerland, etc. We also have significant followings in Singapore, the Caribbean, Central America and the Middle East, including Lebanon—and especially Palestine. But you might be surprised to learn that we also have a substantial following in Northern Europe, including Finland, and in Eastern Europe, including Russia and Ukraine.

I will use this column to share with readers what people in Ukraine are telling me about the conflict going on with Russia. But first, I must point you to what I believe is the BEST analysis of the Ukrainian situation that I have read to date—and I have read a LOT.

I’m talking about this article by David Stockman:

Economic, social and political dangers abound. That’s because Washington and its subservient mainstream media are delirious with war fever like at no time in the last seven decades.

The resulting reckless pursuit of an unhinged Sanctions War against Russia poses a dire threat to the global economy and domestic prosperity and does so for no good reason of homeland security whatsoever.

With respect to the latter, the sheer facts are overwhelming. So we repeat them with an added total for the respective military budgets: To wit, the economic might of NATO is 29X that of Russia and its combined defense budgets are 18X greater, which tells you all you need to know about the “Russian threat”:

*NATO: $42.78 trillion of GDP; 945 million population; $45,130 per capita income; $1,200 billion defense budget;

*RUSSIA: $1.46 trillion of GDP; 144 million population; $10,300 per capita income; $67 billion defense budget.

Given these realities, why should Washington care about an intramural battle among contiguous peoples and territories that have been joined at the hip for most of the last 1300 years?

The implicit answer is because it’s the world’s self-appointed policeman and Spanker-in-Chief.

The fact is, Ukraine is the Poland and Czechoslovakia of the present time – an artificial state loaded with Russians and with no reason for existence in its present form and girth. Well, still again, other than Washington’s fanatical insistence that the happenstance map of administrative units which fell out of the Soviet Union’s collapse constitute sacred borders that must be preserved at all hazards.

To the contrary, what Putin wants, ironically, is the pre-communist status quo ante. That is, he wants Crimea, where Ukrainians constitute but a tiny minority and which had been Russian since 1783. And, more crucially, which hosts the greatest strategic military asset possessed by Russia thereafter – the great Naval base at the headwaters of the Black Sea in Sevastopol.

Likewise, the Donbas and territories east of the Dnieper River and along the northern edge of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov have been Russian for upwards of 300 years. By all facts of pre-1922 history, these territories amounted to Novorossiya (“New Russia”) as shown in this map from 1897.

As it happened, they became “Ukrainian” only by writ of two of history’s greatest evil monsters – Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin – who placed them in the administrative unit of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic for reasons that have no historic validity whatsoever.

Yet a devastating war goes on there today – a war which is careening to the precipice of WWIII – because Washington encourages Kiev to insist on retention of “every inch” of a map put together by Lenin, Stalin and Khrushchev.

The worst thing, of course, is that all of this “war socialism” has nothing to do with defense of the homeland or anything rational at all. To the contrary, it’s the rotten spawn of an Imperial City populated by careerist politicians who get their jollies pretending to be the suzerains of mankind and Spanker-in-Chief of the planet’s malefactors.

Unfortunately, the current mess isn’t the half of it. The MSM is presenting such a distorted and fanciful picture of on-the-ground conditions in the Ukraine that the American public is totally in the dark about what comes next. That is, the Ukrainian military has been decimated and the resistance of the Kiev government is on its last legs – notwithstanding the nonstop whistling past the graveyard of the nation’s clownish president.

Stockman has much more to say, of course, and I urge you to read his entire treatise. Like I said, it’s the best I’ve read on the subject to date.

But the last Stockman paragraph quoted above is a perfect segue into what people from inside Ukraine are telling me. I will keep these sources unidentified for obvious reasons.

The letter to follow summarizes most of the sentiments I have received from people living in Ukraine or who have family living in Ukraine. (FYI: One of my immediate family members by marriage is Ukrainian on one side of the family and Russian on the other side.)

From a faithful Liberty Fellowship follower (the letter has been edited for space and to smooth out broken English):

Hello Pastor Chuck,

Ukraine and Russia are one nation. Up to 75% of Ukraine, Russia, Belorussia and Poland have the same ancestry.

The media in the U.S. gives totally different information from what is really going on.

I am writing so that you know what is going on in Ukraine from people who are in Ukraine.

Here is what the Ukrainian people know: The Russian army is very much on the offensive, but because they do not want to harm the civilian populations, they are moving slow.

They [the Russian army] distribute food and medicine to the civilian populations. The Russian government pays 10,000 rubles to each senior citizen and to each Ukrainian government employee in each territory they occupy, so that civil servants would still be able to provide civil services to the population.

One Ukrainian city was defended by the Azov Battalion [Ukrainian Nazi gangsters]. From many interviews of the local civilian people, the Azov military destroyed 80% of the buildings in that city. Civilians saw Ukrainian artillery shooting into the buildings of their own towns.

Sometimes soldiers of the Azov Battalion move into schools, churches, hospitals and apartment buildings of the city and stay there for 2 or 3 days; and when they leave, they bomb the buildings.

Civilians are saying that Ukrainian planes are bombing their own cities.

Azov soldiers would not let old people, women and children move out of the cities. They said, “You are our living shields.” Sometimes they would not let civilians get out of their basements for more than 20 days with no food or water.

People in one city say that before the war, if they spoke Russian in public, they would be penalized with large fines.

These cities in Ukraine were Russian territory for some 300 years or more.

Most of the captured Russian soldiers are being tortured. One Russian soldier was crucified and burned on a cross by the Ukrainian army. Many Russian soldiers are being castrated by the Ukrainians.

I hope this information is useful and will help to give you a better understanding as to what is really going on in Ukraine.

Name Withheld

The media propaganda regarding Ukraine is every bit as preposterous as was its propaganda regarding the phony Covid pandemic. For all of the reasons stated by David Stockman above and by the numerous eyewitness testimonies I have received from people inside Ukraine, for media Nazis like Sean Hannity to inanely support war with Russia–even nuclear war–over Ukraine makes him and the rest of the War Party’s mindless media moguls appear as mentally deranged as that cognitive midget at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Senator Rand Paul is exactly right: Joe Biden’s declining mental faculties present a “national security risk” that could see the U.S. dragged into a war with Russia. And the MSM seems gleefully insouciant in their eagerness to follow this injudicious idiot into potential global nuclear war.

Over what? What is no more than the globalist Deep State’s financial laundromat in Eastern Europe—the home of more neo-Nazis and neo-Nazi gangs than any country in the world.

The American people—including Christian people—need to snap out of their fascination with war propaganda and war propagandists, because this is NOT funny! This is NOT a joke! This is NOT a kid’s game! This is DEADLY SERIOUS!

The Russian people have endured the horrors of war in their homeland that the American people cannot even begin to imagine. If the unthinkable happened, those people are a million times more prepared to endure the hardships that would ensue than are we Americans. In fact, I can’t think of a citizenry in the world more unprepared for global nuclear war than the spoiled, pampered people of the United States.

I and most people I know would gladly give our lives in defense of our homeland against an attacking alien force. But it will be a cold day in Hades before I am willing to give my life—and the lives of my family—to help the corrupt criminals in the globalist Deep State hold on to their illicit blood money in a land of Nazi gangsters and Zionist banksters halfway around the world.

WHO CONTROLS CHINA, CONTROLS THE WORLD

We have read many articles seen many videos recently saying that America could be at war with China soon. If that is so, it would be straight out of George Orwell’s 1984, where we are fighting with other areas of the world just to keep our citizens afraid and in line. And yesterday, it was sent home to me.

My phone rang and told me I had a call from Mainland China. Did I answer? NO! Why would anyone in China be calling me? For a second, I thought it might be the people in Wuhan calling about an article I wrote a couple of years ago that they wanted to be pulled. But no, I had their number.

Then the voicemail came:

It was not about the largest facility ever built — right before Covid was released — to dispose of dangerous medical waste. It was about a medical appointment with my doctor here in Tennessee.

Our pundits tell us we may be at war with China, or maybe Russia, or, instead, Iran – or perhaps all three, soon. Yet our medical facilities are outsourcing to China? I’m sorry, I do not understand. How do I wrap my brain around this?

In my humble opinion, it is the update of 1984. At the Yalta Conference in 1945, it took just 11 minutes for Roosevelt, Gromyko, and a U.S. government “nobody” (Churchill wasn’t at the table for this) to hand China to the Russians. From “We Have Met the Enemy, Our own government”:

What does this whole sordid transaction teach us about the good faith of the advisers of Roosevelt and the assorted liberals, Communists, Communist sympathizers? And agents of the Kremlin – the Achesons, the Lattimores, the Phillip Jessups, and the Institute of Pacific Relations – who have for so long been insincerely befuddling the people with talk of imperialism and people’s rights in Asia.

Why, merely this: that in their minds the imperialism of the west, that decaying instrument of European expansion, is wicked and must be opposed. The imperialism of Russia is not only commendable but must be advanced by every means of diplomacy and war at whatever cost to the United States. That is the liber-leftist doctrine on imperialism. Have we heard one liberal voice raised in the Senate or elsewhere in condemnation Roosevelt’s surrender to Russian imperialism at Yalta? This is the test, and by it we may measure the monstrous hypocrisy of the liberal elements in Congress and in the country which have assisted in and applauded the surrender of all China to Russia without the firing of a single Russian shot.

There was a lot of talk of the U.S. trying to entice Russia into the Japanese war, which was pure disinformation. Russia wanted to attack Japan and, far more important wanted a seat at the peace table where the spoils of the war would be divided, and they would get more than their fair share (their share would have been zero).

Back in 1942, in a meeting with Averell Harriman in Moscow, “Stalin told Harriman then that Japan was the historic enemy of Russia and that her eventual defeat was essential to Russian interests. (emphasis, mine.) Roosevelt was (falsely) advised by the Joint Chiefs of Staff that “we had a long, hard row to hoe with the Japanese and that without Russia’s help we might not achieve victory”. The Japanese were already sending out peace feelers, but this was kept from Roosevelt.

McCarthy sums it up: Was this a sincere endeavor by the master of global strategy to advance American interest? Did we sorely need Russian assistance? Or was it another in the baffling pattern of General Marshall’s interventions in the course of the great war which conduces to the well-being of the Kremlin.

Re China, McCarthy again lays it out so that we aren’t able to pretend not to understand: Was it to the Kremlin’s interest to march its armies into Manchuria, from which they had been barred since 1905 by the Kwantung army, and to be in possession there when the war ended? If some Americans did not grasp the strategic importance of Manchuria, there is certainly abundant evidence that the Kremlin, faithful to Lenin’s dictum that “he who controls China controls the world,” never lost sight of it. . . . Any intelligent American, after giving the matter sufficient thought, would know that the aim of Roosevelt and Marshall at Yalta should have been not how to get the Russians in, but how to keep them out.

John Stewart Service was one of the men whose job was to assure the Departments of War and State that “the Chinese Communists were moderate reformers, simple agrarians in the style of Thomas Jefferson, (emphasis, mine) with no subservience to Moscow. Service sent a report to the State Department in 1944, stating:

Politically, any orientation which the Chinese Communists may once have had toward the Soviet Union seems to be a thing of the past. The Communists have worked to make their thinking and program realistically Chinese, and they are carrying out democratic policies which they expect the United States to approve and sympathetically support.

Am I being silly to be concerned about any of my medical information being in Mainland China? It probably has been for years, and perhaps it is just having it confirmed that bothers me. But I am not the only one here with significant concerns. Tom DeWeese posted this today:

“It might just be wishful thinking on my part, but I’m hoping the positive result of the China Olympics will be a great awakening to the true nature of communism. They will lie, cheat, steal and do anything necessary to win. They are censoring the news media and intimidating reporters, disqualifying teams for questionable infractions, including team uniform fittings – especially those of the strongest teams. They are basically starving the athletes with uneatable rations, which can only lead to weakening them in competition. Meanwhile, the Chinese seem to keep winning. China should never have been awarded the honor to host the Olympics. Communism is the face of the greatest threat to human freedom and should never be honored in civilized society as simply another political philosophy. It destroys everything that represents human decency. Take a good look at these Olympic games and see communism in action — and stop it wherever it breeds.”

Where is the outrage? When do the governments of those competitors start demanding review and response? It looks like “we the people” are the only ones concerned that our world is being run by those who believe that “your truth is yours and mine is mine”. In fact, our government and those of most of the Western World are all caving or perhaps, better said, in collusion with the Chinese. My bet is the latter.

Let’s Roll!

Citizens At The Gates – Chuck Baldwin

Published: Thursday, September 9, 2021

By now, everyone—even Democrats—knows about the immoral and treacherous conduct of Joe Biden’s disgraceful withdrawal from Afghanistan. And also know this: Biden’s withdrawal strategy was not due to incompetence; it was a deliberate act of aiding and abetting the enemy. In other words, it was an act of TREASON.

Here is a sample list of what Biden and his puppet generals intentionally left to the Taliban:

$83 billion in U.S. weapons and equipment, including:

2,000 Armored Vehicles Including Humvees and MRAPs
75,989 Total Vehicles
45 UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters

The Taliban now have more Black Hawk helicopters than 85% of the countries in the world.

50 MD530G Scout Attack Helicopters
ScanEagle Military Drones
30 Military Version Cessnas
4 C-130s
29 A-29 Ground Attack Aircraft
Over 200 aircraft total

At least 600,000 Small arms: M16, M249 SAWs, M24 Sniper Systems, 50 Calibers, 1,394 M203 Grenade Launchers, M134 Mini Gun, 20mm Gatling Guns and Ammunition, and also:

61,000 M203 Rounds
20,040 Grenades
Howitzers
10,000 2.75 inch Air to Ground Rockets
Mortars +1,000’s of Rounds
Explosives Ordnance C-4, Semtex, Detonators, Thermite, Incendiaries
2,520 Bombs

Millions of Rounds of Ammunition including but not limited to 20,150,600 rounds of 7.62mm and 9,000,000 rounds of 50.caliber

(But while Biden has given such a vast military arsenal of weapons of mass destruction to an enemy state, he wants to deny the American people’s lawful access to many basic rifles, pistols and ammunition for our own self-defense. Whose side is Biden really on? Well, I think most of us know the answer to that question.)

162,000 pieces of Encrypted Military Communications Gear
16,000+ Night Vision Goggles
Newest Technology Night Vision Scopes
Thermal Scopes and Thermal Mono Goggles
Reconnaissance Equipment (ISR)
Laser Aiming Units

Large Stockpile of Plate Carriers and Body Armor

Heavy Equipment, Including Bull Dozers, Backhoes, Dump Trucks, Excavators

Pallets with Millions of Dollars in US Currency

Ladies and gentlemen, I repeat: That is not incompetence; that is aiding and abetting the enemy on a massive scale. It is TREASON.

Joe Biden didn’t end a war; he strengthened and fortified the enemy in a way that makes it more dangerous than ever. He emboldened our enemies everywhere, and he disillusioned our friends all over the world. And worse than that: Biden betrayed our fellow American citizens.

Thousands of American citizens were left to endure unspeakable torment in Afghanistan by this callused and criminal president. Untold numbers of them were literally at the gates of the Kabul airport but denied entrance by U.S. troops—following the orders of their commanders, of course.

Here is the revolting report:

The US commanders in charge of evacuation abandoned dozens of American citizens at the gates of Kabul airport amid a chaotic rush to leave Afghanistan, US war correspondent and former special forces soldier Michael Yon told RT.

On August 30, Taliban members delivered a mother with three children as well as 45 other American citizens to the gates of Kabul airport. Three civilian jets, which had been paid for by volunteers, were waiting for them at the airfield.

“We still had time to get them on… but the US military wasn’t letting even civilian Americans with passports… on the base,” Yon said. The media had also been ejected from the airport, so there was no one left to record what was going on, he added.

According to Yon, the fighters from Taliban special operations unit Badri 313 guarding the airfield said that they would let the Americans through the gates if the US military came to pick them up, or at least phone over to give an order to let them through.

Yon said he called all his contacts in the armed forces to get the group through and reach those in charge of the evacuation to persuade them to open the gates and let the Americans board the planes.

“But the military simply wouldn’t let them through. Of course, the military was blaming it on the Department of State,” he said, adding that at the time the government was telling the public that any Americans who didn’t get through had not made it to the airport.

One unnamed US army colonel with knowledge of the evacuation process, who exchanged messages with Yon, was especially frustrated by the chaotic situation.

In one screenshot shared by Yon, the colonel wrote: “Yes, we are . . . abandoning American citizens.”

While not physically at the airport, that colonel was “demonstrating a lot of frustration” and at one point asked “Can you ram the gate?” In other words, Yon said, he was suggesting hitting the gate with a car to get the people through. “I mean, he wanted to rescue those people,” but his supervisors regrettably didn’t share the sentiment.

Yon later wrote a letter to one of the US commanders at the airport, directly blaming her for abandoning Americans.

“You guys left American citizens at the gates of the Kabul airport. Three empty jets paid by volunteers were waiting for them,” the message read, adding sarcastically: “Great job saving yourselves. Probably get a lot of medals.”

Claims from the White House and Pentagon that Americans were only left because they could not reach the airport were “bulls**t,” according to Yon. “They definitely were at the gate. Period.”

For Biden and the rest of the Satanists who are trying to ram Covid gene therapy shots into our arms and who are destroying virtually every foundational freedom upon which America was built to tell us that all of this Covid tyranny is an effort to protect us has to be the biggest lie of the 21st century.

Every time you hear a media, medical or government propagandist tell you that the Covid tyranny is an attempt to save us, remember the thousands of American citizens that our government—led by Joe Biden—abandoned to the enemy and to a life of torture and death in Afghanistan.

I promise you, dear friends, that the U.S. government cares no more for you and me than it does for our fellow Americans in Afghanistan. The Covid narrative is not a cure; it is a cage.

DON’T EVER FORGET IT!

In addition, let’s not forget that while American citizens were abandoned by their own country, the 100,000 Afghans that are being processed into the United States (at a starting cost of over 6 billion taxpayer dollars) are NOT the Afghanis that risked their lives to help our U.S. fighting men in Afghanistan. As our own U.S. citizens were abandoned by Biden, so were these good-hearted and courageous Afghanis. No, the 100,000 Afghans that are being planted in the United States are “others.”

Given the treasonous track record of this government, I think it fair to speculate that there are tens of thousands of potential terrorists that Joe Biden is transplanting to the U.S. Not only has Biden facilitated additional war overseas, he has facilitated potential war right here in our own country.

Plus, I cannot leave this discussion without pointing out the gross hypocrisy of “Christian leaders” such as Franklin Graham.

Several evangelical notables such as Graham have been all over the media asking Christians in America to pray for the Christians left behind in Afghanistan. Most certainly, I share the prayerful concern for these trapped believers—along with hundreds of people of all faiths that were sacrificed on Biden’s bloody altar of globalism.

However, where are Graham and the rest of the evangelical “leaders” in this country asking Christians to pray for our fellow believers (and people of other faiths) being brutalized, tortured, maimed and murdered in Gaza and the West Bank by the bloodthirsty barbarians of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces)?

They are not only completely silent on the suffering and death of our Christian brothers and sisters in Palestine, they enthusiastically support and promote the “success” of the aggressor-state of Israel that is committing these acts of barbarity.

If Graham and Company had any semblance of intellectual and moral honesty, they would have to support the vile and villainous Taliban in Afghanistan in the same way that they support the vile and villainous State of Israel. In fact, between the two, the acts of cruelty and criminality committed by Israel far surpass those of the Taliban.

This is yet another example of how the devilish doctrines of Israel-based prophetic futurism—including the “Rapture” myth—contained in the notes of the Scofield Reference Bible have deluded the minds and deadened the hearts of millions of evangelical Christians.

Where is Franklin Graham’s compassion for the Christians at the gates in Palestine?

P.S. Requests for the following new product grow every week and have exceeded all possible expectations. Accordingly, I am super-excited to make this announcement once again:

I was recently interviewed by Rashad Leonce on Changing The Narrative podcast. The title of the interview: Is The Modern State Of Israel Biblical And Should Christians Support It?

This is the VERY BEST interview on the subject of Biblical Israel that I have ever had. Rashad did a fantastic job of interviewing. He asked the right questions with a genuine seeking spirit and allowed me the time needed to fully answer the questions.

Accordingly, we are offering this audio interview on CD without cost (except for shipping and handling), as I believe this is the BEST resource to give to a friend or loved one in order to introduce them to the subject of the true Biblical teaching of Israel. It can be considered the FIRST primer for anyone unfamiliar with the subject.

I suggest that you listen to the free online audio version first. And if you feel it would be a suitable tool to give to friends and loved ones, order the CDs to give away. The CDs come in lots of 5 and 10.

Listen to the MP3 file of the interview here.

Run time: 44 minutes.

You can download the MP3 file here.

Please listen to this audio interview and then order as many CDs as you can for your friends and loved ones. I truly believe this is the BEST introduction to the subject of Biblical Israel that you could give to those who have a limited knowledge of the topic but who have a seeker’s heart.

CANCEL CULTURE: WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY – OUR OWN GOVERNMENT

Cancel Culture

by Kathleen Marquardt

The last time or two that my home alarm system repairman was here, we were talking about Operation Paperclip, the secret, illegal ploy used to spirit Nazi scientists from facing charges at the Nuremburg Trials and bring them to the United States. Yesterday, he sent me a video of author Annie Jacobsen (an excellent writer, researcher and New York Times bestseller), giving a presentation on her new book Operation Paperclip.

I watched Jacobsen’s talk and was bowled over by a statement she made in responding to a question from the audience. A gentleman asked about the scientists who were being held for the Nuremburg Trials, but were wanted by U.S. military and government officials to get these scientists brought to the US as “good scientists” i.e., not evil Nazis, instead of being tried for their war crimes. Jacobsen noted (not making excuses for the subterfuge of getting the scientists “off the hook“), that the hue and cry immediately after the war ended was  “. . .that the Soviet threat was considered extreme much earlier than we think. It was in the months after the war the Intelligence Committee, that reported to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, gave a document to the JCO that said, ‘we must prepare for total war!’ That was the quote they used. The war would be with the Soviets and would involve ABC warfare – atomic, biological, and chemical. So, we say, we must get these scientists into Paperclip or the Soviets will.”

That was the political line if people heard about these scientists. Was it true? Were we really preparing for “total war” with the U.S.S.R?

Let’s get into that.

I’m often quoting Sun Tzu’s “know your enemy”. Great advice, but when you realize the enemy is your government, it can make you wonder if you are crazy. Especially when said government is being the hailed as the savior of both the world and western culture, and, at the same time, is handing over everything to our supposed archenemy, Soviet Russia.

In the six-part series I did recently on Cancel Culture, I defined the enemy as cultural Marxism and showed how it was embedded into every aspect of our lives by Americans who, for whatever reason hate the liberty provided by the United States and its founding documents (I believe that is the one-world government globalists working with the Marxists to achieve this). But, as I studied cultural Marxism and its tools of asymmetric warfare – political correctness, Critical Theory, Critical Race Theory, and the plethora of other evil tactics to disable, then destroy, our culture, I just discovered what I think is equally as important and maybe more abhorrent than all of that. That a major part of our history was re-written. What we learned in school was such a distortion of the truth, it had to be written by masters of deception.

What’s so abhorrent about that? And what does it have to do with Cancel Culture? Today, we are living in a world where, thanks to moral relativism, many of us feel like we are reeling every day when we read the latest news. There is no black and white. But there are socially and politically acceptable truths (which are lies), and condemned speech which is truth.

My reason for bringing it up now is that the highest people in our government changed the whole course of events in the world, making enemies out of friends, and friends out of those wishing us dead. Now I understand why we have been known as ugly Americans. A major event, WWII, was a defining period where those in our highest government offices were effecting these truths to lies and vice versa, lies to truth.

How do we know the truth? A few individuals in our government questioned things that were said and done. In this case it was a senator from the Russell Committee[1] who was “deeply disturbed” and showed McCarthy what were proven to be the complete and correct intelligence reports from Yalta — the intelligence report of 50 of Chief of Staff in charge of War Planning, General George Catlett Marshall’s officers “all with the rank of colonel and above” – an intelligence report which urged a course directly contrary to what was done at Yalta and confirmed at Potsdam. Yet, Marshall, as Roosevelt’s military advisor, approve the Yalta agreement, which was drafted by Alger Hiss, Andrei‘ Gromyko, and Gladwyn Jebb.[2]

The deeply damning report of April 12,1945, that was not seen by President Roosevelt:

The entry of Soviet Russia into the Asiatic war would be a political event of world-shaking importance, the ill effect of which would be felt for decades to come. Its military significance at this stage of the war would be relatively unimportant. The entry of Soviet Russia into the Asiatic war would destroy America’s position in Asia quite as effectively as our position is now destroyed in Europe east of the Elbe and beyond the Adriatic.

If Russia enters the Asiatic war, China will lose her independence, to become the Poland of Asia; Korea, the Asiatic Rumania; Manchuria, The Soviet Bulgaria. Whether more than a nominal China will exist after the impact of the Russian armies is felt very doubtful. Chiang may well have to depart and a Chinese Soviet government may be installed in Nanking which we would have to recognize.

To take a line of action which would save few lives now, and only a little time, at an unpredictable cost in lives, treasure, and honor in the future – and simultaneously destroy our ally China, would be an act of treachery that would make the Atlantic Charter and our hopes for world peace a tragic farce.

Under no circumstances should we pay the Soviet Union to destroy China. This would certainly injure the material and moral position of the United States in Asia.[3]

That was the catalyst for McCarthy’s review of Marshall’s actions during WWII which resulted in America’s Retreat from Victory. (Perhaps one of the reasons he was later denounced and ridiculed – McCarthyism is the lie named after him, early Cancel Culture.)

Diana West, in her excellent book, American Betrayal, writes of the early 1945 period and a letter from Roosevelt to former governor of Pennsylvania, special representative of FDR abroad, and outspoken patriot, George H. Earle, “I have read your letter of March 21, “. . . and have noted with concern your unfavorable opinion of one of our allies at the very time when such a publication from a former emissary of mine might do irreparable harm to our war effort.”

Really? Or was that harm to the Soviet war effort? The Roosevelt administration, penetrated, fooled, subverted, in effect hijacked, by Soviet agents, as a matter of national policy, mixed them up, much to the world’s deep, vast suffering. This ‘sell-out’ to Stalin as critics tagged it (and they didn’t know the half of it), would become a bone of sharpest and most vociferous contention that the conspirators of silence on the Left, in the Democratic Party, and among the Washington elites would bury for as long as possible, desperately throwing mud over it and anyone who wanted to let the sun shine in. Why? . . .the publication of the Yalta papers, for example, would ‘embarrass’ too many people and, in the acid paraphrase of Bryton Barron, fired Yalta archivist and author of Inside the State Department, ‘lead to demands for publication of the minutes of other conferences.

By 1956, as Barron notes, only a heavily edited version of Yalta had been released, and only after a Soviet-style (Soviet-inspired?) disinformation campaign promoted the notion that the crucial role Alger Hiss played at Yalta was, au contraire, ‘largely that of a notetaker.”[4]

During WWII, the powers of the West were Churchill and Roosevelt, with a sidekick, Stalin, who was going to help the West stop the Nazis and the Japanese.

As the saying goes, history is written by the victors, but I doubt if most people understand the depth of the lying and scheming that is hidden from us – supposedly forever. A quote from McCarthy’s introduction to the book speaks of truths virtually unknown today, “If I had named the men responsible for our tremendous loss, all of the Administration apologists and the camp-following element of press and radio led by the Daily Worker would have screamed ‘the Big Lie,’ ‘irresponsible.’ ‘smear,’ ‘Congressional immunity,’ etc., etc., etc. However, it was the Truman branch of the Democratic Party meeting at Denver, which named the men responsible for the disaster which they called a ‘great victory’ – Dean Gooderham Acheson and George Catlett Marshall. By what tortured reasoning they arrived at the conclusion that the loss of 100 million people a year to Communism was a ‘great victory,’ was unexplained.”

Why was the president not given that report?

Marshall had been passed over and passed on in his early Army career and was expected to drop out and get work as a civilian. But chance(?), instead, advanced him over many more senior and experienced men, to be named Military Chief of Staff, reporting to President Roosevelt. Harry Hopkins and Mrs. Roosevelt were two of his backers. The federal government was riddled with communists.

Almost the entire plans of the war were being side-tracked or otherwise having a spanner thrown in to mess with the West’s conducting of the war to achieve interests best suited to a free world.

First, we must consider what went on at Yalta. If, as Hanson John Baldwin observes, we lost the peace because of great political mistakes in WWII, (spelled out in first part of McCarthy’s book) then it is clear that those mistakes culminated in the controlling decisions made at the conference of Teheran and Yalta. It is my judgement that we lost the peace in Asia at Yalta. At Teheran, Marshall’s will prevailed in concert of that of Stalin regarding the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe. (emphasis, mine) At Yalta, Marshall’s will prevailed, with that of Stalin, regarding Russia’s entry into the far Eastern was as a full-fledged partner entitled to the spoils of such participation. . ..

The President, bearing the marks of his approaching dissolution, traveled the thousands of weary miles . . . to treat with the tyrant, to seek accord with him, and to make the bargains over Poland and China that today plague and shame us all. The principal, the most utterly damaging, of these bargains contained the bribe he paid to Stalin for his eleventh-hour participation in the war against Japan. (Which was by then, irrelevant.[5]

The one area I want address here is China. China was a great ally of the United States and the U.S. was, supposedly, working with China to keep the USSR from taking over Asia. Roosevelt thought and said so. But those working for him had other plans for China.

Manchuria is the richest part of China. In terms of area and natural resources it may be described as the Texas of China. . . .[6]

It was a rich, highly developed Manchuria that was at stake at Yalta. It was Manchuria which Franklin D. Roosevelt thrust upon the Russians; it was, moreover, conferred upon the new barbarians with full understanding that the United States was thereby satisfying an old imperialistic design of the Kremlin. The very language of the secret protocol which sealed the bargain at Yalta recognized this fact. What Roosevelt ceded to Stalin at Yalta, without the knowledge or consent of the Chinese, whose sovereignty there we always had upheld, was, and I quote from the work of Edward R. Stettinius, Jr., in restoration of the “former rights of Russia violated by the treacherous attack of Japan in 1904.” The testimony before the Russell Committee shows that Chiang Kai-shek was not invited to the Yalta Conference and that the terms of the agreement selling out Chinese interests were kept secret from him. At the Cairo Conference, however, it was solemnly agreed with him that China’s rights in Manchuria would be fully respected and protected. When Wedemeyer appeared before the Russell Committee, he testified that when Ambassador Hurley informed Chiang Kai-shek of the Yalta agreement which sealed the doom of the Republic of China, Chiang was so shocked that he asked Hurley to repeat it before he could believe it.

The project was not disguised. It was a nakedly imperialistic aggression over the prostrate body of China. What Roosevelt sealed and delivered in the protocol agreed upon by him and Stalin in a secret parley consuming only eleven minutes, and thereafter kept locked away in White House safe for many months, were the historic levers of power over China. . ..[7]

No wonder we are considered “ugly Americans” around the world. Obviously, deep in the bowels of our government, many Communists and commie sympathizers were working night and day to both sabotage the West’s efforts in the war to keep the Russians as far away as possible from Western Europe, and to keep the citizens in the dark about the machinations going on to cancel us. With their singlemindedness, they were corrupting our entire government with their actions, and destroying the integrity of our once great nation.

What does this whole sordid transaction teach us about the good faith of the advisers of Roosevelt and the assorted liberals, Communists, Communist sympathizers. And agents of the Kremlin – the Achesons, the Lattimores, the Phillip Jessups, and the Institute of Pacific Relations – who have for so long been insincerely befuddling the people with talk of imperialism and people’s rights in Asia.

Why, merely this, that in their minds the imperialism of the west, that decaying instrument of European expansion, is wicked and must be opposed. This is the test, and by it we may measure the monstrous hypocrisy of the liberal elements in Congress and in the country which have assisted in and applauded the surrender of all China to Russia without the firing of a single Russian shot.[8]

There was a lot of talk of the U.S. trying to entice Russia into the Japanese war, which was pure disinformation. Russia wanted to attack Japan and, far more important, wanted a seat at the peace table where the spoils of the war would be divided. The Japanese were already out peace feelers, but this fact was kept from Roosevelt.

As McCarthy sums it up: Was this a sincere endeavor by the master of global strategy to advance American interest? Did we sorely need Russian assistance? Or was it another in the baffling pattern of General Marshall’s interventions in the course of the great war which conduces to the well-being of the Kremlin.[9]

Re China, McCarthy again lays it out so that we can’t pretend not to understand: Was it to the Kremlin’s interest to march its armies into Manchuria, from which they had been barred since 1905 by the Kwantung army, and to be in possession there when the war ended? If some Americans did not grasp the strategic importance of Manchuria, there is certainly abundant evidence that the Kremlin, faithful to Lenin’s dictum that “he who controls China controls the world,” never lost sight of it. . . . Any intelligent American, after giving the matter sufficient thought, would know that the aim of Roosevelt and Marshall at Yalta should have been not how to get the Russians in, but how to keep them out.”[10]

I could add ten or 50 more pages of notes and quotes, but I think anyone who wants to see can read the writing on the wall – or in the reports. The point I want to make is that Soviet Russia was never the enemy of the Deep State and the upper echelons of our federal government. So that statement: ‘we must prepare for total war!’, was pure disinformation, an asymmetrical warfare tactic that they have now pulled off for 80 years.

West said: . . .we were, the whole lot of us, with precious few exceptions, a nation of Captain Hillses, a nation of Roosevelts, a nation of Hisses, a nation . . . manipulated, inured, numbed, cushioned, silenced – continually protect from the sharpest of timely revelations, continually told to be afraid of them. We were impervious to the cries of the most plaintive Cassandras, who themselves were often pressured or consigned to mumble into their memoirs or grumble off to Samoa. Only the most principled, the most shrill, the most desperate, or the most stubborn were constitutionally (in the personal sense) able to rise above the overwhelming buss and static. It was on this level where the battle royal really began, pitting the long truth-teller against the forces of suppression, in a political and informational landscape that had been denuded of all vital context. This reality vacuum, this echo chamber of lies, was both created and preserved by what Kent Cooper (executive of AP) quite intriguingly paints as autocrats in charge of both governments (U.S. and USSR). “Clothed with autocratic powers,” he writes, ‘individuals in charge of both governments demonstrated how political censorship had helped Russia to win the war and the peace while England and America helped Russia win the war but lost the peace.”[12]

Everything we thought we were taught about history is a lie. Our country betrayed Chaing Kai-Shek, China, Eastern Europe, so many areas, and would have done so to more places like Japan, if we hadn’t had Generals with integrity in those places. All because we let our guard down and allowed people like the Rockefellers, Carnegies, Rothschilds, Harry Hopkins, Acheson, members of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA), and George Catlett Marshall have any control.

I certainly haven’t covered all the lies, misdirection, and treachery here, but I hope I have shown enough to help you understand that there is a confederacy of evil men and women working against everything we represent. They should be hung.

Are we now preparing for total war? Now that we gave China (Stalin’s key to world power), and it has become such a powerful force of Marxist Communism, will they, perhaps with Iran, realize it is time to finish up the business started in the 1940s to destroy America with its Liberty loving people? We are the last bulwark. If America goes, Liberty may survive, for a while, in some small areas of the world. But not for long.

As we are working to take back our local governments, we need to be sure to remove any Marxists, Communists, or those who abet them to the detriment of our Republic and our Liberty. Otherwise, we are moving backwards.

America’s Wars Are Way Up; Church Attendance Is Way Down

by Chuck Baldwin
Published: Thursday, April 25, 2019

I realize that the vast majority of Christian conservatives will choose to totally ignore this column (just as they do most of my columns), but the stark reality is that under so-called Christian conservative presidents G.W. Bush and Donald J. Trump, America’s wars are way up, while church attendance is way down. And, yes, I absolutely believe there is a direct link between these two trends.

That wars increased exponentially under Bush is not debatable. The ramifications of Bush’s illegal and immoral military invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan are still strongly reverberating around the world to this very day. Much of the ongoing “war on terror” in the Middle East is a direct result of the Bush/Cheney military adventurism (putting it mildly) almost two decades ago. And Trump has escalated America’s missile wars to unprecedented levels.

As I have noted several times in this column:

Trump has dropped more bombs and missiles on Middle Eastern countries in a comparable period of time than any modern U.S. President. Presidents Bush, Obama and now [2017] Trump have dropped nearly 200,000 bombs and missiles on Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia. Trump’s rate of bombing eclipses both Bush and Obama; and Trump is on a pace to drop over 100,000 [180,000 to be precise] bombs and missiles on Middle Eastern countries during his first term of office—which would equal the number of bombs and missiles dropped by Obama during his entire eight-year presidency.

Here’s more perspective:

The United States Government, under the Trump administration, reportedly drops a bomb every 12 minutes, which means that 121 bombs are dropped in a day, and 44,096 bombs per year. The Pentagon’s data show that during George W. Bush’s eight years he averaged 24 bombs dropped per day, that is, 8,750 per year. Over the course of Obama’s time in office, his military dropped 34 bombs per day, 12,500 per year. This shows that even though American presidents are all war criminals, Trump is the most vicious of them all.

Yes, Trump is dropping almost FOUR TIMES MORE BOMBS than Barack Obama and over FIVE TIMES MORE BOMBS than G.W. Bush—which included military invasions of two countries.

We also know that Trump expanded America’s wars in Afghanistan and Syria (and, no, he is NOT bringing U.S. troops home from Syria) and is ramping up America’s war machine against Venezuela, Iran, China and Russia. And this does not even take into account the way Trump has given Benjamin Netanyahu’s raunchy racist regime the green light to expand its wars against the Palestinians, Lebanon, Syria and Iran or the U.S./Israeli proxy war (with Saudi Arabia taking the lead) in Yemen.

Then there is Somalia:

In the age of Donald Trump, wasn’t that [the Battle of Mogadishu—Black Hawk Down] a million presidencies ago? Honestly, can you even tell me anymore what in the world it was all about? I couldn’t have, not without looking it up again. A warlord, starvation, U.S. intervention, 18 dead American soldiers (and hundreds of dead Somalis, but that hardly mattered) in a country that was shattering. President Clinton did, however, pull out those troops and end the disastrous mission — and that was that, right? I mean, lessons learned. Somalia? Africa? What in the world did it all have to do with us? So Washington washed its hands of the whole thing.

And now, on a planet of outrageous tweets and murderously angry white men, you probably didn’t even notice, but more than two years into the era of Donald Trump, a quarter-century after that incident, American airstrikes in… yep, Somalia, are precipitously on the rise.

Last year’s 47 strikes, aimed at the leaders and fighters of al-Shabaab, an Islamist terror outfit, more than tripled the ones carried out by the Obama administration in 2016 (themselves a modest increase from previous years). And in 2019, they’re already on pace to double again, while Somali civilians — not that anyone (other than Somali civilians) notices or cares — are dying in significant and rising numbers.

And with 500 troops back on the ground there and Pentagon estimates that they will remain for at least another seven years, the U.S. military is increasingly Somalia-bound, Congress hasn’t uttered a peep on the subject, and few in this country are paying the slightest attention.

So consider this a simple fact of the never-ending Global War on Terror (as it was once called): the U.S. military just can’t get enough of Somalia. And if that isn’t off the charts, what is? Maybe it’s even worth a future book (with a very small print run) called not Black Hawk Down II but U.S. Down Forever and a Day.

And now that I’ve started on the subject (if you still happen to be reading), when it comes to the U.S. military, it’s not faintly just Somalia. It’s all of Africa.

After all, this country’s military uniquely has a continent-wide Africa Command (aka AFRICOM), founded in 2007. As Nick Turse has often written for TomDispatch, that command now has its troops, thousands of them, its planes, and other equipment spread across the continent, north to south, east to west — air bases, drone bases, garrisons, outposts, staging areas, you name it. Meanwhile, AFRICOM’s outgoing commanding general, Thomas Waldhauser, only recently toldCongress why it’s bound to be a forever outfit — because, shades of the Cold War, the Ruskies are coming! (“Russia is also a growing challenge and has taken a more militaristic approach in Africa.”)

And honestly, 600-odd words in, this wasn’t meant to be a piece about either Somalia or Africa. It was meant to be about those U.S. wars being off the charts, about how the Pentagon now feeds eternally at the terror trough, al-Shabaab being only a tiny part of the slop it regularly digests.

And, while America’s wars are way up, according to Gallup, church attendance in America is way down:

As Christian and Jewish Americans prepare to celebrate Easter and Passover, respectively, Gallup finds the percentage of Americans who report belonging to a church, synagogue or mosque at an all-time low, averaging 50% in 2018.

U.S. church membership was 70% or higher from 1937 through 1976, falling modestly to an average of 68% in the 1970s through the 1990s. The past 20 years have seen an acceleration in the drop-off, with a 20-percentage-point decline since 1999 and more than half of that change occurring since the start of the current decade.

Most interesting is this Gallup observation:

Although the United States is one of the more religious countries, particularly among Western nations, it is far less religious than it used to be. Barely three-quarters of Americans now identify with a religion and only about half claim membership in a church, synagogue or mosque.

The rate of U.S. church membership has declined sharply in the past two decades after being relatively stable in the six decades before that. A sharp increase in the proportion of the population with no religious affiliation, a decline in church membership among those who do have a religious preference, and low levels of church membership among millennials are all contributing to the accelerating trend.

Obviously, America’s Jewish and Muslim populations pale compared to its Christian population. The vast decline of attendance to religious services, therefore, primarily means church attendance. Notice, also, that this steep decline commenced at the beginning of this century (2000)—when G.W. Bush became President of the United States.

I tried to warn readers—and listeners to my nationwide radio talk show—that due to his insatiable war fever, G.W. Bush was going to forever warp the perception in people’s minds of Christianity. And, sadly, I was absolutely right. After eight years of the warmongering G.W. Bush in the White House, millions of Americans came to associate Christianity with wars of aggression. As a result, the exodus out of America’s churches began in earnest.

Enter Donald Trump.

As noted above, Trump has expanded Bush’s war fever exponentially. But Trump has done more than that: He has aggressively put the United States smack dab in the middle of Israel’s wars. It could even be argued that Donald Trump has turned the U.S. military into a proxy army for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Don’t get me wrong: I am very cognizant of the fact that G.W. Bush’s “war on terror” was nothing more than a proxy war for Israel. But the Israeli connection was covert and completely covered up. Not anymore. Donald Trump is unabashedly and explicitly partnering the mission of the U.S. military with that of the IDF. No wonder Benjamin Netanyahu promises to name a community in the Israel-seized, Israel-occupied Golan Heights after Donald Trump. (Trumplinka would fit Netanyahu’s concentration-style occupation nicely.)

So, not only are millions of Americans now associating Christianity with G.W. Bush’s wars of aggression, they are associating Christianity with Donald Trump’s wars of aggression for the racist apartheid State of Israel. The result: the steepest decline in church attendance and church affiliation in U.S. history.

The longer evangelical Christians continue to support Donald Trump’s radical pro-Israel, pro-war agenda, the deeper America will plunge into an anti-Christian country.

The good news is that all over America, people are waking up to the Israel deception. Support for the erroneous doctrine of dispensational eschatology is in a giant free fall; the myth of Zionist Israel being a resurrected Old Testament Israel is being repeatedly exposed; the attempts by Israel’s toadies to characterize people whose eyes are open to the truth of Zionism as being “anti-Semitic” is losing more and more credibility by the day; and more and more people are becoming aware of the utter wickedness of the Zionist government in Israel. Plus, more and more people are beginning to understand the plight of the persecuted people (including Christian people) in the Israeli-occupied territories of Palestine.

Ron, maybe your shipmates on the USS LIBERTY didn’t die in vain after all.

From an historical perspective, overextended wars are the downfall of any empire; from a financial perspective, warfarism is the precursor to an economically depressed middle class; and from a Scriptural/spiritual perspective, God cannot and will not bless a warmongering nation.

Let’s be clear: God is not building a “Greater Israel.” God is not building a third Jewish temple. God is not speaking through phony prophets who are attributing some sort of divine calling to Trump’s pro-Israel warmongering. God is not blessing America because we are blessing Zionist Israel. Just the opposite: The more America aligns itself with Israel’s belligerence, bullying and bombing of innocent people, the more God will deliver us over to becoming an antichrist country. After all, one cannot idolize and partner with antichrists without becoming one himself.

After Trump finishes this term in office, two-thirds of this young century will have seen a “Christian” warmonger in the White House. It is no coincidence that during this same period of time, wars are way up and church attendance is way down.

P.S. I urge readers to watch this short eight-minute video clip of my Palm Sunday message. In this clip, I illustrate the blasphemy of Jewish Zionists by playing a video clip from an interview with conservative darling Ben Shapiro. I also make the observation that the foundation of the faith and fellowship of Christian Zionists is NOT Jesus Christ, but Israel. Please watch this brief video and share it with your friends.

Chuck Baldwin: The Illusions Of Hope

Patrick Henry may have said it best:

It is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.

Henry’s observations of the nature of human nature are as true today as they were on March 23, 1775, when Henry spoke them. It is indeed “natural to indulge in the illusions of hope.” It is equally natural for men to “shut [their] eyes against a painful truth.” And Patrick Henry was not the only one to understand this human frailty—so do con men, charlatans, crooks and conspirators.

Dishonest, deceptive, duplicitous scoundrels know that most people are trusting by nature. They know that most people prefer comfort and are not quick to forsake it. Scoundrels know that people need hope, and the scoundrels are all too eager to give them hope—or at least the illusions of it. They also know that people such as Patrick Henry are an aberration of humanity: most are NOT willing “to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.” They know that most people “shut [their] eyes against a painful truth,” that “having eyes, [they] see not, and, having ears, [they] hear not.”

Pernicious predatory politicians constantly prey on this natural weakness of man. They tell people what they want to hear; they play to their wants and fears; and they cast themselves as the hero for which people yearn. And even though secularists seem to have no comprehension of it, many of these pretenders are assisted by a supernatural ability to bewitch (Galatians 3:1) trusting and unsuspecting souls. It is my studied opinion that Donald Trump is such a man.

Trump has given hope to those who were drowning in hopelessness. He has convinced them that he is their political savior. He plays to their wants and fears. He tells them what they want to hear. And he does it so masterfully, so perfectly, that he has brought millions of people (including Christians) under his spell.

Before being elected, Trump said, “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters.” And he wasn’t making that up. He knew he had mesmerized them.

For two years now, it hasn’t mattered to a tinker’s dam what Trump does or doesn’t do. He has given people the “illusions of hope,” and they dare not let go. Their hope is in Trump. This is more than support or appreciation—or even love; this is worship. The “always Trump” crowd literally worships Donald Trump. From a spiritual perspective, they have been bewitched. They are hypnotized. They are in a trance. And they dare not allow themselves to be awakened, for if they were, they would have “to know the worst, and to provide for it.” This they are not willing to do.

For this reason they allow themselves to believe the pathetic propaganda of QAnon; they mindlessly believe the outlandish lie that there are 55,000 sealed indictments against members of the Deep State (and to these people, the definition of Deep State is anyone who does not agree with Donald Trump). I have even heard them speak in rapturous euphoria about Trump secretly colluding with military personnel to implement martial law, rounding up all of the bad guys (again, the people who oppose Trump) and taking them at gunpoint before military tribunals. (Can you imagine what these same people would have said had Obama’s supporters said this?) In fact, many of these Trump toadies have written me to say that when this Trump/military coup begins, I am on the list to be taken away. I am telling you, folks, all of this is VERY REAL to these people. Again, these people are bewitched; they are victims of seducing spirits (I Timothy 4:1) that are empowering Donald Trump. And, as Patrick Henry said, many are being transformed into “beasts.” Cheering for the rise of an American version of Germany’s Brown Shirts or GESTAPO and the positive anticipation of a nation under martial law are truly BEASTLY concepts that come from BEASTLY hearts.

But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption. (II Peter 2:12)

Nevertheless man being in honour [having wealth and power] abideth not: he is like the beasts [in murderous brutality] that perish. (Psalms 49:12)

Not to mention that any kind of martial law, complete with roundups and military tribunals, totally destroys the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights and fractures the very foundation of a free American republic.

But it is pointless to discuss the Constitution with these people. It is pointless to discuss the way Trump has filled his administration with neocons, CFR and Bilderberg globalists or the way he panders to Zionist Israel or his lack of any action against abortion and even taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood or the way he increases deficit spending comparable to that of any Democrat or the way he continues to escalate the phony “War on Terror.” These people are absolutely deaf to these things. They are deaf to truth, deaf to constitutional government, and they are blind to the evidence that stares them in the face every day.

I’m telling you, Donald Trump is not the enemy of the Deep State; he is a servant of the Deep State. The same elitists that controlled Trump’s predecessors control Trump. For those who have the courage to watch, here is a sample of what I’m talking about. Watch this video, and you will see Trump reading from the same script (almost word for word) that Barack Obama read from when he announced his missile attacks against Syria. Watch it, and then tell me how Donald Trump is not controlled by the same neocon warmongers that have been taking this country to unjust foreign wars ever since the presidency of G.W. Bush.

Trump’s maniacal sanctions against Iran are an incitement to war and are dooming the American economy to suffer the pangs of severe inflation. Experts are already predicting $100 per barrel oil prices. And when oil prices inflate, ALL prices inflate. Plus, Trump’s Deep State operatives are destabilizing Venezuela, and Trump is threatening to send the U.S. military into that oil-rich country. Venezuela is one of the world’s largest oil producers and has the world’s second largest natural gas reserves. What a coincidence that most of the nations that neocons target in their perpetual war schemes are rich in oil. And tell me again what threat Venezuela poses to the United States.

Then we hear Trump’s toady Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke put forth the threat that America could and might put a naval blockade around Russia in order to curtail its exports. Can you imagine?

My friends, it will be an absolute miracle if America is not in a global war, complete with crippling inflation and a collapsed economy, before the end of Trump’s term in office. And if it doesn’t happen, it won’t be because Trump didn’t do his best to make it happen.

Plus, everyone is praising Trump for fixing the economy, but top economists are warning that what we are seeing is merely another bubble, and when it bursts it will make the recession in 2008 and 2009 look mild by comparison.

And as I pointed out in this column last week, President Trump and the Republicans in Congress just passed a massive $854 billion spending bill that continues to fund virtually all of the left’s radical social agendas, including fully funding Planned Parenthood and fetal tissue research.

And as the federal government just concluded its 2018 fiscal year, we read this report:

The federal debt increased by $1,271,158,167,126.72 in fiscal 2018, according to data released today by the Treasury.

The total federal debt started the fiscal year at $20,244,900,016,053.51 according to the Treasury, and finished the fiscal year at $21,516,058,183,180.23.

The federal fiscal year runs from October 1 through September 30.

So, the GOP controls both houses of Congress and the White House (with Donald Trump as President), and not only can they NOT defund Planned Parenthood and fetal tissue research, they cannot defund the left’s radical social agendas or keep from increasing the federal deficit by over ONE TRILLION DOLLARS.

In addition, Donald Trump and the GOP leadership are up to their eyeballs in facilitating the neocon/globalist/Zionist perpetual war agenda even to the point of protecting U.S. “allies” who are engaged in the most despicable forms of child sex slavery in the process. Here is the report:

“Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) last week tried to block billions in U.S. taxpayer funds from going to the Afghan military and police forces unless its units stopped sexually abusing young boys, but he was opposed by Senate Foreign Relations Committee leaders.

During a committee business meeting last Wednesday considering the reauthorization of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, Paul proposed an amendment to withhold all U.S. funding for all Afghan security forces unless the U.S. government’s watchdog in Afghanistan could verify those forces were not using children as child soldiers or sex slaves.

The U.S. is slated to provide Afghan security forces — military and police — with $4.92 billion in 2019 for equipment, training, supplies, services, infrastructure repair and other funding.

Paul told other members, according to a transcript of the business meeting first obtained by Breitbart News: “I think that the committee is right to be gravely concerned with sexual trafficking and abuse of young people around the world in a variety of countries. I think we shouldn’t turn a blind eye towards when our allies are responsible for this, as well.”

Specifically, Paul referred to the common Afghan practice of “bacha bazi” — or using boys as young as 10 years old for sex. Some U.S. troops who have deployed to Afghanistan have tried to stop instances of sexual abuse when they have come across it, but have been punished for doing so, according to reports.

However, Chairman Bob Corker (R-TN) and Ranking Member Bob Menendez (D-NJ) backed a counter-amendment to require the Departments of Defense and State to report on implementation of recommendations made by SIGAR on ending the practice [which means nothing will be done and the practice will continue].

Paul’s amendment failed, while Corker’s passed.

Tell me again how Donald Trump and the Republican Party are so “conservative.”

Let me put this in perspective for you: Republicans have held the House of Representatives (that means the federal purse strings) for 20 of the last 24 years. The GOP has controlled the Senate for 11 of the last 19 congresses. In addition, the GOP has controlled the Supreme Court since before 1973 when Roe v Wade was decided. And going back to the election of 1968, Republicans have held 8 of 13 presidential administrations. But they need ONE MORE ELECTION to get something done. BALDERDASH! Donald Trump and the GOP are playing Christians and conservatives like a fiddle.

Before the American people can begin the process of restoring their constitutional republic, they MUST be willing to stop indulging in the illusions of hope and stop shutting their eyes to painful truth. And, like Patrick Henry, they must be willing to know the whole truth, to know the worst, and to provide for it.

Christians and conservatives think that all they have to do is vote for a Republican president and then spend the next four years blindly supporting him—no matter how unconstitutional, immoral or wrong he is—and all will be well with America. Oh! And, of course, they must get out and work like crazy for Republicans in the midterms, because, after all, as Trump said, “When you vote for Republicans in November, you are voting for ME.”

But we Americans are supposed to be voting for the Constitution when we vote. This is not about liberals or conservatives, Democrats or Republicans or left vs. right. And it is certainly not about building a government around one man: Donald Trump. This is supposed to be about electing men and women regardless of race, religion or party affiliation who will “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of The United States.”

Donald Trump has turned not only the entire country but the entire world into a “you are either with ME or against ME” equation. And too many conservatives and Christians are absolutely blinded and bewitched by this man.

The tendency to “indulge in the illusions of hope” and to “shut [one’s] eyes against a painful truth” may indeed be natural. But, ladies and gentlemen, blind bewitching worship of a political leader is not only the result of supernatural seducing spirits, it is downright dangerous to any nation’s future.

We witnessed shades of this blind robotic fawning over a President during the administrations of Ronald Reagan and G.W. Bush (and the left fawned over Obama just as blindly), but nothing to this degree. This is surreal. And it seems to get worse by the hour.

I am thankful for the few times that Donald Trump has demonstrated fidelity to the Constitution. And I am not criticizing anyone who voted for Donald Trump over his opponent in 2016. But what I am trying to warn against is the way conservatives—and especially evangelical Christians—have practically turned Trump into an idol and are ascribing all kinds of praises and platitudes to him that are so out of proportion to the truth that it convinces me that these folks have given heed to seducing spirits and have set themselves up for a bigger fall than they could possibly imagine.

P.S. Not long ago, I brought a message on the subject of hope. Tragically, many Christians SAY they are trusting God, but in reality they have placed their hope and trust in politicians (especially Donald Trump) and political parties (especially the Republican Party). This is a recipe for disaster.

My message is entitled Looking For Hope In All The Wrong Places. I wish somehow that America’s Christians and pastors could come to grips with the truths of this message.

I fear that when America’s evangelicals wake up to the reality that Donald Trump has deceived them, their disappointment will be so great, the damage could be fatal to our country. Oh! If only Christians could awaken from the trance they are in and clearly see the hope that is found in the principles and truths of God’s Natural and Revealed laws, it could doubtless restore a Biblical perspective of our proper duties and responsibilities—and maybe revive constitutional liberties in the process.

I urge readers to get this message DVD: Looking For Hope In All The Wrong Places.

Plus, during the month of October, when you order Looking For Hope In All The Wrong Places, I will also send you my DVD message entitled My Election Counsel. In this message, I review the six Biblical requirements for civil magistrates and the ONE American requirement for civil magistrates. If voters—especially Christian voters—would take heed to these seven requirements and would vote accordingly, our freedoms and liberties would never be at risk and hardly ever would we be at war.

Again, I am sending you both messages:

*Looking For Hope In All The Wrong Places

*My Election Counsel

Order here (and maybe order one for a friend before they go vote on November 6):
