However sexy and immediate live-plus-same day ratings are, they are no longer industry standard!
The same-day numbers also do not reflect how we monetize our content. Half of our TV ad inventory is sold on a C7 basis, and we monetize our content on digital platforms like FOX NOW and Hulu, and through TrueX sponsorships – none of which are included in Nielsen’s fast nationals!
FOX is a company that has always prided itself on being forward-thinking…and nothing could be more antiquated than a decades-old measurement that reflects only a portion of our audience!

Twenty-three of the 24 governors are Republican. The lone Democrat is Gov. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire.

Terrorist Attacks in Paris, France!
Our prayers are for the people in France, particularly the families of those who were killed or wounded in the terrorist attacks last Friday!
What they experienced is tragic, and we grieve with them! But we must also learn from this experience, or it will likely be repeated elsewhere, perhaps in the UK, or in the US!
Seven terrorists, trained and armed with illegal fully-automatic Kalashnikov AK-47 rifles and explosives, managed, in less than 30 minutes, to kill or wound nearly 500 citizens on Friday night! That’s a ratio of nearly 70 victims for each shooter!
Paris has some of the strictest gun control laws in the world, So strict that even the police are not armed!
The first lesson we could and should learn from this situation is that gun-control laws only disarm the innocent and prevent them from halting the murders of their countrymen!
Had the citizenry been armed, the attackers would not have been able to kill more than a few people! Simply put, more guns means less crime!
ISIS, otherwise known as the Islamic State, claimed responsibility for the attacks!
The second lesson we could and should learn from this situation is that bombing, droning, killing, fighting, and otherwise intervening in the Middle East is just stirring up the hornet’s nest!

Sadly case law is a huge part of the problem. How do we stop violation of our rights in general?
We need to change the way our cops are trained. Cops are not hear to enforce the law but rather to protect our rights.
